In 2016, Ytex Garments Ltd. embarked on its journey with a vision: to become the foremost manufacturer of Woven, Pants, Trousers, Jackets, and Polo Shirts in our homeland. Our mission extends beyond just being a local industry player; we aim to elevate the esteemed reputation of Bangladesh as a global clothing leader. Our pledge is to set new standards by offering the perfect fusion of quality and efficiency in every garment we create.
Our production is a Full Package Production (FPP) and our shipping terms are FOB Chittagong, Bangladesh.

– It features high-quality machinery sourced from Japan and China.
– Located in Vatara, opposite the USA embassy in Dhaka City.

Our production line
Total capacity per month: 102,000 pcs basic denim pants/ 80,000 other wear
- Denim: Bottoms, Chino pants, Jackets etc. 86 machines- master line
- Woven-tops, light wears, etc. 48 machines- mini basic line
- Knit: Jackets, Polos, T-shirts, etc. 48 machines- master line
- Knit: Pants, Trousers, Tank tops, etc. 18 machines- basic line
- We always stay up-to-date in regards of machines and use only best machines possible such as Juki, Brother and Vi.Be.Mac. and superior needle quality
- We operate 3 master lines for woven bottom production
WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT
Safety and health matter to us
FLOOR SPACE: Our factory buildings are approved by local authority. We have approx. 21000sft owned floor space located in Vatara Zone, Dhaka.
MANPOWER: We have approx. 300 well-trained personnel in our workforce. 75% out of total workforce are women.
VENTILATION System: Our factory has good enough ventilation facilities to make comfortable working environment for our employees.
PURE DRINGKING WATER: We supply pure drinking water to our employees. The water quality is tested periodically by the government authority.
FIRST AID BOX: Every floor in our factory is equipped with sufficient amount of first aid kits and a trained First Aid Team. Necessary first aid supplies are available all the time.
FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT: Each floor in our factory is furnished with firefighting equipment as required by law. We maintain essential documentation to safeguard the well-being of both individuals and property. Trained fire-fighting and rescue teams are stationed on every level.
OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY EQUIPMENT: Requisite occupational safety equipment is provided in every department. Employee compliance with safety equipment usage is mandatory during work. We rigorously maintain control over hazardous substances, and our policy effectively manages other occupational health and safety (OHS) concerns.
